FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing canned food for cosmic nutrition. The suggested canned food should be prepared due to cutting, frying in melted butter and reducing duck meat upon a chopper, chopping, freezing and reducing new red cabbage, cutting, frying in melted butter and reducing onions upon a chopper, frying wheat flour in melted butter, cutting and reducing the greens upon a chopper. Then one should mix the above-mentioned components at a certain expenditure with bone broth, citric acid, sugar, common salt and CO2-extracts of the preset micromycete type biomass and caraway. Then it is necessary to carry out procedures on packing the mixture obtained into aluminum tubes at the preset ratio of components followed by sealing and sterilization. Micromycete should be chosen out of Pythium or Mortierella or Saprolegnia parasitica types. This innovation widens the quantity of technical means and dishes applied at obtaining new canned food being of increased digestibility: from 8.1·104 in conventional dish up to 12.2·104 in new canned food manufactured out of this dish.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
