FIELD: aids of batching of granulated material.

SUBSTANCE: batcher can be used for cleaning of external surfaces and internal cavities of electric engines of railroad transportation vehicles. Granules of dry ice, placed into bunker, are clamped by measuring deepenings of batching member made in form of body of rotation, namely, cylindrical shaft mounted to have space relatively cavity of case at equal distances. When being driven into rotation by shaft, batching member delivers granules from measuring hollows into mixing chamber. While passing ridge of measuring partition, measuring hollows find themselves in turn at such position when granules go out of them, and airflow, created by excess pressure in cavity, connected with excess air pressure source, blows granules out of any measuring hollow into cavity and then to channel for batched granules. Channel is connected with manipulator, which feeds granules under pressure through nozzle to surface to be cleaned. Under effect of kinetic energy of granules and due to instant change in their aggregate state of dirtiness, old lacquer-paint coatings are peel off from surface and fall down to slam; granules begin to sublimate. Measuring hollows are disposed onto cylindrical surface of batching member to have equidistant pitch; as a result granules are fed uniformly. Drive imparts variable controlled speed of rotation to batching member. If number of turns increases, volumetric supply of granules increases as well and when number of turns gets smaller, it goes down.

EFFECT: simplified design of batcher; provision of controlled volumetric delivery of granules.
