FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: carbon dioxide granules are supplied in pulse mode in jet of bearing gas under excessive pressure onto processed surface. Degree of surface contamination is defined with detectors of contamination extent. Excessive pressure of bearing gas pressure and flow rate of carbon dioxide granules are automatically programmed depending on extent of surface contamination by means of feedback from foresaid detectors. Detectors of contamination degree for measurement of surface physical parameters are detectors of microgeometry, detectors of optical reflection and mass detectors.

EFFECT: method technological resources are expanded, it becomes possible to treat electric machines with this method.
