FIELD: medicine, diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with molecular-genetic investigations, for example, in the field of predicting cardio-vascular diseases. The task is to elaborate a diagnostic kit (DK) for carrying out medico-genetic assay for the predisposition to multifactorial diseases, cardio-vascular ones being among them, being multi-purposeful due to mixing components and supplementing the kit with of wide group of oligoprimers; moreover, to elaborate the method for diagnostics which due to optimizing the conditions of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and analyzing length polymorphism of restrictional fragments (LPRF) is characterized by its simplicity and comfort in usage and high speed of the assay conducted: 2-3 d (due to standardizing the assay protocol) and decreased expenses for diagnostic operations, as well. The decision in question enables to carry out diagnostics of multifactorial diseases in shorter terms and, also, provides the chance to apply this diagnostic kit both in specialized clinics and in wide-spectrum laboratories.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
