FIELD: food processing industry, namely food plant-based fortifiers.

SUBSTANCE: claimed fortifier contains plant raw materials and filler. As plant raw materials powder composition of meditative herbs is used in the next component ratio (mass %): dogrose fruits 40-60; nettle grass 20-30; mint grass 2-6; black chokeberry fruits 0.5-1.5; sea buckthorn fruits 12.5-30, wherein fruits are used together with stones. As fillers alcohol or fat-like substances such as vegetable oil are used, in meditative herb powder composition/filler ratio of 1:1.0. Alternatively as filler culinary fat and grated earth-nut are used in meditative herb powder composition/filler ratio of 1:1.5.

EFFECT: fortifiers with balanced vitamin and mineral content and increased organoleptic value.
