SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pulmonology, and can be used for acoustic diagnosis of the ventilation function status of the lungs. The method includes registration of forced expiratory noises, and based on the obtained data, the total acoustic duration Та and the total acoustic energy A of the noises in the maximum frequency band of 200-2000 Hz and band-pass parameters of the duration t1, …, t9 and energy A1, …, А9 of noises in the 200-Hertz bands interval, the mid-frequency band parameters of these noises are calculated within the range of 200-1000 Hz AMF, , wherein m is selected from 1 to 4, and high-frequency bandpass parameters within the range of 800-2000 Hz as AHF = ∑An/n, tHF = ∑tn/n , wherein n is selected from 1 to 6. To determine the ventilation function of the human lungs status, the values of high - and medium-frequency band acoustic energies and/or their relations to the total acoustic energy, durations and/or their relations to the total acoustic duration and their relations are used.

EFFECT: invention can be used for acoustic diagnosis of the ventilation function status of the lungs. The invention provides an increase in information content and diagnostic value, a reduction in the risk of cross-infection, especially under the conditions of epidemics of respiratory infections, as well as the prospects for the proposed parameters for distinguishing different variants of disorders of the ventilation function of the lungs as an affordable alternative to some expensive diagnostic tests.
