FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for non-invasive operational control of lung ventilation function state in field and extreme conditions (diving submersion, space flights, autonomous underwater swimming, etc.), as well as in case of emergency (technological and underwater disasters, chemical poisoning, fighting, etc.). Method is realised by measurement of dynamics of forced exhale noises, registered on trachea in frequency band 200-2000 Hz and after unfavourable impact. Duration of forced exhale noises is determined by noise process envelope. Values of parametre dynamics in per cent are compared with earlier determined by means of known methods threshold value of said parametre. If obtained value exceeds threshold value presence of negative changes in ventilation function of lungs in response to unfavourable impact is fixed.
EFFECT: increase of method immediacy and sensitivity to detection of minimal changes in ventilation function of lungs.
