FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy; methods of production of the aluminum oxide out of the monohydrate bauxites.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the aluminum oxide by Bayer's method out of the monohydrated bauxites. The method of production of aluminum oxide out of the bauxites containing monohydrates of aluminum oxide like the diaspore or the boehmite, which may contain more than 1.5 mass % of calcium carbonates is exercised as follows: al) the suspension formed by the ground bauxite ore and the concentrated aluminate solution is routed into the installation containing the battery consisting out of the "n" autoclaves and the battery consisting of "m" separators feeding the steam into "m" the tubular heaters passing through "m" autoclaves; а2) at first the suspension is passing through the battery of the autoclaves. At that at the outlet of the last autoclave (An) the leaching of the ore is practically completed; а3) then the suspension is passing through the battery of the separators. At that the condensate Ei of the steam Vi exiting out of the separator (Di) is fed into the heater (Ri) from the refining tank Pk . At that at least in one place of the battery of the indicated separators the suspension is deluted (SI-1), which enters in the separator (Di), feed it into the heater (Rk) from the refining tank Pk . At that at least in one place of the battery of the indicated separators they delute the suspension (SI-1) entering the separator (Di) with the water formed at condensation of the steam exiting from one or several previous separators. The invention allows to increase the profitability of the process and to improve the bionomics of the process.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased profitability of the process and to improve the bionomics of the process.
