FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes dessert drink comprising persimmon fruits extract 30% concentrate, vanillin, stevia sweet substances concentrate, dried whey concentrate "УМК-ООСЭ and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: persimmon fruits extract 30% concentrate, 37.0-41.0; vanillin, 0.04-0.06; dried whey concentrate "УМК-ООС", 5.0-9.0; stevia sweet substances concentrate, 0.08-0.12, and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance, to provide the strength of blend 9%. Using said components provides enhancing the nutrient value and to reduce caloricity of the ready product. The proposed drink shows the saturated brown color with reddish tint, spicy taste with hot tint and specific muscatel aroma.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of drink, expanded assortment of liqueur and vodka products.
