SUBSTANCE: the composition ingredients for the dessert drink "Nut in Chocolate" comprises per 1000 dal of the finished product, (1): 30-35 cinnamon infusion; 8-8.2 vanillin; 2300-2305 65.8% sugar syrup; 3-3.2 kg chocolate aromatic principle; 6-6.2 kg roasted peanut aromatic principle; and aqueous alcoholic liquid, the balance. The alcohol content of the drink is 16%. EFFECT: improved properties of the composition.
