FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: on crystal with sensor for measuring at least one parameter of fluid substance flow at least partially in front of sensitive zone of sensor along the flow direction, first surface and second surface adjacent to first surface are positioned. Behind the sensitive zone along the direction of flow on the crystal third surface and fourth surface adjacent to the third surface may be positioned. Voltage is applied to at least one of surfaces, with ensured capability for setting up a given electric potential of surface. Under effect from created electric field the particles present in the fluid substance flow are deflected aside from sensitive zone or attracted, gravitating in front of the sensitive zone or behind it. In sensitive zone at least one heating resistor and at least one heat-sensitive element are positioned.
EFFECT: increased precision of measurement due to prevented soiling of sensitive zone of sensor.
