FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a test sensor of analyte, comprising at least two substrates that form a reservoir. The reservoir comprise the main area and at least two substantially chemically insulated secondary zones of analysis. The main area substantially separates these at least two substantially insulated secondary zones of analysis; at least one first working electrode, comprising the first conductor and a composition of a reagent, placed in the main area; at least one first counterelectrode, comprising the second conductor and at least one first redox substance, placed in the first secondary zone of analysis; and at least one second counterelectorde comprising the third conductor and at least one second redox substance, placed in the second secondary zone of analysis, at the same time the working electrode, the first counterelectrode and the second counterelectorde are independently addressed. The invention also relates to the method of measurement, the system of analyte biosensors.
EFFECT: improved biosensors providing to a larger extent accurate or reproducible results of measurements for many analytes.
