SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting and frying beef in melted butter; cutting, slightly frying beef in melted fat together with added bulb onion and paprika; shredding, freezing and grinding fresh cabbage in grinder; rubbing garlic; cooking rice to doubled increase in weight and grinding in grinder; mixing said components with sour cream, bone soup, edible salt, acetic acid and CO2-extract of caraway; packing resultant mixture in aluminum tubes; pressurizing and sterilizing at predetermined component ratio.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of obtained canned food.
