SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of pyrazoline derivatives of general formula I for prevention and/or treatment of precancerous or neoplastic processes, tumor angiogenesis, processes, associated with tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and other processes wherein inhibition of gene expression responsible to cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) synthesis in mammalian, including human has beneficial action.
EFFECT: new derivatives for prevention and/or treatment of diseases associated with cell proliferation.
