SUBSTANCE: invention describes new derivative of pyrazoline of the general formula (I):

wherein R1 means hydrogen atom, methyl, fluoromethyl, difluoromethyl, trifluoromethyl, carboxyl, lower alkylcarboxylate, carboxamide or cyano-group; R2 means hydrogen atom or methyl group; R3, R4, R7, R8 are similar or different and mean hydrogen, chlorine, fluorine atom, methyl, trifluoromethyl or methoxyl group; one of R5 and R6 means hydrogen, chlorine or fluorine atom, methyl, trifluoromethyl, methoxy- or trifluoromethoxy-group; another radical among R5 and R6 means methylsulfonyl, aminosulfonyl or acetylaminosulfonyl group as a racemate or enantiomer, or its physiologically acceptable salts. Invention describes 5 methods for preparing compound of the general formula (I), methods for preparing enantiomerically pure compound of the formula (I) and its physiologically acceptable salt, and pharmaceutical composition based on thereof. Compounds elicit anti-inflammatory, analgetic and antipyretic activity.
