FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light industry for cleaning dusty gases. Two-stage dust removal unit contains a cyclone and a fine filter, interconnected by a duct. Cyclone body consists of cylindrical and conical parts. Cyclone outlet is connected to an acoustic column. Thin filter is designed as a bag filter with a regeneration system. Dust collecting bin is conical or pyramidal in shape with an angle of inclination of the walls that exceeds the angle of the natural slope of the trapped dust. Filter is equipped with temperature sensors, dust level and automatic sensor-detector. Device is equipped with a fire extinguishing system in which nozzles are installed. Nozzles are made with a spray disc and contain a cylindrical body with a fitting, a diffuser, a hollow conical swirler with through-thread cutting.
EFFECT: increased dust collection efficiency, fire safety and reliability of the dust collection process.
