FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dust-collecting technique and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for the cleaning of dusty gases. Acoustic dust-collecting apparatus comprises a cyclone and a filter interconnected by the duct so that the output of the cyclone is connected to the inlet of the filter. Cyclone includes a body consisting of a cylindrical and conical parts, an inlet and an outlet branch pipe, an exhaust pipe. Filter comprises a housing with a lid, a filter section, a hopper, an inlet and outlet nozzles, a regeneration system and a regeneration control unit, the cyclone comprises a body composed of a cylindrical and conical parts, a peripheral gas flow inlet and an axial outlet of the purified gas located in its upper part connected to an acoustic column, which in its lower part is connected to axial outlet branch pipe of purified gas and contains conical baffle, installed by its large base in lower base of the column, and the cavity formed by the surfaces of the baffle plate and column is connected by a bypass tap with a peripheral gas flow inlet. In the upper part of the acoustic column there are the outlet branch pipe of the purified gas and the oscillation generator connected to the control unit, and on the cylindrical part of the housing there is fixed a ring rigidly connected by means of brackets to the base or pedestal, and the remaining cylindrical part of the body with the conical part is attached to the ring by means of an additional ring and an elastic element. Vibrator with the control unit is placed on a ring rigidly connected to the conical part of the cyclone and to the base through the elastic element. Thin filter is made in the form of a bag filter with a regeneration system and contains a single housing with a roof in which there is a filter unit with filter elements of a sleeve type, a box for entering the polluted air into the installation and a box for discharging clean air from the installation, bunker storage device with a continuous discharge device containing a hopper, a sluice, an auger discharge mechanism, a system for regenerating filter elements, made in the form of a shaking frame with a vibrator. Temperature sensor is installed in the filter unit housing, in the dust collector there is an emergency dust level sensor, in the output box there is a thermal automatic sensor detector, the outputs of which are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet. In the outlet box there is a collector with injectors for connection to the fire extinguishing system, the control unit of which is connected to a common microprocessor. Sleeve filter regeneration system comprises a control unit that is electronically coupled to a common microprocessor. Thin filter dust collecting bin is conical or pyramidal in shape with an angle of inclination of the walls that exceeds the angle of the natural slope of the trapped dust. In the filter unit, sleeve-type filter elements are arranged in straight rows or in staggered order, the ratio of the length of the sleeve L to its diameter D being in the optimum range of values: L/D=15…40. Vortex nozzle of the fire and explosion safety system contains a cylindrical hollow body with a channel for supplying liquid, in which a sprayer consisting of three throttling elements is fixed. Atomizer is made in the form of oppositely arranged vertices and axisymmetric hollow conical swirls: upper and lower. Conical shell of the lower swirl is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end on the conical shell of the lower swirler in its upper part, and on the other end – in the annular groove of the nozzle channel, made on its internal surface. Top of the conic surface of the conical shell of the upper swirl is attached to a circular perforated plate installed in the annular groove of the nozzle channel and supported by the top of the lower swirler fixed in the nozzle channel by means of spokes. Through the external surfaces of the hollow conical swirlers, through-screw threads are made, and the throttling effect of the atomizer, as a whole, is determined by the total throughput of the constituent elements, in order to obtain a finely dispersed spray, the total throughput of the upper swirler and the perforated plate is greater than that of the lower swirler, and a diffuser with a circular perforated plate mounted on its cut is fixed to the lower end surface of the cylindrical hollow body.
