FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dust collection equipment and is intended for central aspiration systems and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for the purification of dusty gases, and is intended for central aspiration systems. Two-step dust collection unit contains a cyclone and a thin filter. Cyclone contains a body consisting of a cylindrical and conical parts, located in its upper part the peripheral input of the gas flow and the axial outlet branch of the purified gas, and is connected to the acoustic column with a generator of sound oscillations located in its upper part. Acoustic column in its lower part is connected with the peripheral input of the gas stream of the cyclone, oscillation generator is connected to the control unit. Thin filter is made in the form of a bag filter with a regeneration system, containing a single body with a roof, in which there is a block of filters with bag-type filter elements, a box for the entry of polluted air and a box for the exit of clean air, a hopper with a continuous discharge device containing a hopper, a sluice, a screw discharge mechanism. In the case of the filter unit there is a temperature sensor, in the dust bin there is an emergency level sensor for dust, in the output box there is a thermal automatic sensor-detector, the outputs of which are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet. In the outlet box there is a collector with injectors for connection to the fire extinguishing system, the control unit of which is connected to a common microprocessor, and the filter element regeneration system is in the form of a shaking frame with a vibrator and comprises a control unit which is connected electronically to a common microprocessor. Thin filter dust collecting bin is conical or pyramidal in shape with an angle of inclination of the walls that exceeds the angle of the natural slope of the trapped dust. In the filter unit, bag-type filter elements are arranged in straight rows or in staggered order, both woven materials and non-woven fabrics are used as filter bag material.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the efficiency and reliability of dust collection.
