FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: installation contains a cyclone and a thin filter interconnected by a duct so that the cyclone output is connected to the filter input. The cyclone includes a body consisting of cylindrical and conical parts, located in its upper part, a peripheral input gas stream and the axial outlet nozzle of cleaned gas, and is connected with an acoustic column located in the upper part of the generator of oscillations. The acoustic column in its lower part is connected with the peripheral input of cyclone gas stream, the oscillation generator is connected to the control unit. The thin filter is made in the form of a bag filter with a regeneration system containing a single body with a roof in which the filter unit with filter elements of a hose type is placed, a box for entering contaminated air and a box for discharging clean air, a hopper with continuous dust discharge unit containing a hopper, a sluice, an auger discharge mechanism. A temperature sensor is installed in the filter unit body; in the dust collector there is an emergency dust level sensor; in the output box there is a thermal automatic sensor detector whose outputs are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet. In the outlet box there is a collector with injectors for connection to the fire extinguishing system, the control unit of which is connected to a common microprocessor, and the filter element regeneration system is made in the form of a shaking frame with a vibrator and contains a control unit that is connected electronically to common microprocessor. The hopper for collecting dust from the thin filter is conical or pyramidal in shape with an angle of inclination of the walls that exceeds the angle of the natural slope of trapped dust, and in the filter unit the filter elements of the sleeve type are arranged in straight rows or in staggered order. As the material of filtering sleeve elements, both woven materials and nonwoven are used. The nozzle of fire safety system contains a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core, the body is provided with a channel for supplying liquid and contains a coaxial, rigidly connected with the body sleeve with a nozzle fixed in its lower part, made in the form of cylindrical two-stage bushing, the upper cylindrical stage of which is connected by means of a threaded connection with a central cylindrical core having a through inner center hole and installed with an annular gap with respect to the inner edge of cylindrical bushing, and the annular gap is connected to at least three radial channels formed in a two-stage bushing connecting it to an annular cavity formed by the inner surface of the bushing and the outer surface of the upper cylindrical stage. Wherein the annular cavity is connected to the body channel to supply the liquid. In the bottom part of central cylindrical core the hollow conical swirler is fixed, the conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes, fixed at one end to a swirler conical shell in its upper part, and at the other end - in the ring groove, formed on the inner surface of central cylindrical core, wherein on the outer surface of hollow conical swirler screw thread is made.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of dust collection, ensuring fire safety and reliability of the dust collection process.
