FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to mix hen eggs, common salt and starch to moisten shrimps meat with this mixture and roast them in grease. Then one should cut and freeze green onions and mix the above-mentioned components at oxygen-free technique with ethanol, common salt and sodium or potassium glutamate. The mixture obtained and fish broth should be packed, sealed and sterilized. This enables to obtain new canned food out of the known culinary dish, widen the quantity of technical means and dishes and increase the digestibility of the dish in question from 2.0·105 up to 2.4·105.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
