FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in food industry for production of meat and vegetable preserved food. Preserved food is cooked by mixing of hen's eggs, table salt and starch, pork cutting, soaking with prepared mixture and frying in melted fat, dried mushrooms blanching, separation from broth and cutting, cutting and freezing of green onions, garlic and ginger blanching and grinding in mincer, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with soy sauce, ethyl alcohol, table salt and sodium or potassium glutamate, packing of prepared mixture and mushroom broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
