SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes runner bean and green onion freezing and chopping; shrimp meat roasting in melt butter and chopping; ginger cutting, roasting in melt butter and chopping. Abovementioned components are blended with fish broth, ethanol, table salt, starch, and CO2-extract from biomass of specific micromycete species. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tube, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
