FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dust collection technique. Fire and explosion safety system for two-stage dust collecting devices with an acoustic cyclone in the first stage comprises a first dust collection unit, which is installed in front of the dust-collecting device for fine cleaning of the dusty gas stream and is made in the form of an acoustic cyclone comprising a body consisting of a cylindrical and conical parts and located in its upper part, the peripheral input of the gas stream and the axial outlet pipe of the purified gas, the input of the gas stream of the cyclone is connected by an air duct to the acoustic column at its lower part, and at the top of the column there is an inlet branch of the dusty gas stream, wherein the sound oscillator is located at the top of the column and is connected to the control unit, the acoustic column at its lower part being connected to an axial outlet connection of the purified gas and contains a conical baffle plate installed by its large base in the bottom base of the acoustic column, and the cavity formed by the surfaces of the baffle plate and the column is connected by a bypass tap to the peripheral inlet of the gas stream, the outlet of the cleaned gas and the oscillation generator connected to the control unit located in the upper part of the acoustic column, optimal parameters for sound processing are: sound pressure level is in the range of 130–145 dB, acoustic frequency is in the range of 900–2,000 Hz, the time of insonation is in the range of 1.5–2.5 s, the concentration of dust in the air stream is not less than 2 g/m3, and fine dust collecting apparatus includes a frame body with fences, a support part with a dust collecting bin and a dust collector mounted on the base, as well as the inlet and outlet ducts of the filter section of the dust collector with bag-type filters, respectively, with inlet and outlet branch pipes, in the entrance duct of the dust collecting device a collector with injectors of the fire and explosion safety system is installed with a control unit connected by electronic communication with a common microprocessor.

EFFECT: increased dust collection process efficiency and reliability.
