FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design members of brake systems, particularly, to check valves. Proposed valve connects front chamber of brake booster with intake pipe of automobile engine. Valve has cover and housing hermetically connected with each other and diaphragm installed in between. Cover contains branch pipe for connection with intake pipe of vehicle engine, with central projection on upper inner surface, with hole inside central projection with bent off flange, with ring groove on inner surface of bent off flange and with stiffening ribs. Housing is provided also with branch pipe for connection with front chamber of automobile brake booster, with flange on outer surface, with projecting central part inside, on upper surface of which ring radius belt, spherical cavity with holes and central projection are made. Diaphragm is made round and is provided with central hole, being installed on ring radius belt over spherical cavity with holes in upper surface of projecting central part inside housing. Flange of outer surface of housing is fitted in ring groove on inner surface of bent off flange of cover. Central projection of housing is installed in hole of diaphragm and in hole of central projection on upper inner surface of cover.

EFFECT: simplified manufacture and assembling of device, improved reliability in operation and increased service life.
