FIELD: food and chemical industry, irrigation systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydroautomatic devices and it can be used in hydraulic washing devices for automatic conversion of continuous liquid flow with relatively small flow rate into discrete one with high flow rate proposed siphon contains suction and drain elbows, the latter being connected with header, and supply tube with cock and siphon charger. Siphon charger consists of ejector, header and liquid level tube-pickup with suction and drain parts. Supply tube has main and additional outputs. Liquid level tube-pickup is provided with chamber arranged under main outlet of supply tube. Chamber is divided by partition into upper and lower spaces which communicate through channel with possibility of forming air-water seal in lower space. Suction part of tube-pickup is arranged in upper space of chamber, and hole is made on drain part higher than level of inlet of suction part.
EFFECT: improved reliability of siphon, provision of convenience in operation owing to dispensing with preparatory operations for mounting of siphon on storage reservoir and its starting.
