SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes carrot, parsley root, and onion cutting and roasting in melt butter; fresh white cabbage and tomato cutting and freezing; potato cutting and blanching; green pea freezing; gardenstuff cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with crimp meat, tomato paste, table salt, black pepper and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with fish broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
