FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, and can be used for treating chronic apical periodontitis of single-root and multi-rooted teeth. Performing root canal dental treatment. Drug-induced treatment of the canal is performed with 3 % sodium hypochloride solution and an agent based on ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid with expansion of the apical opening. Then, the tooth's root autoplasma is injected in the root canal of the patient enriched with thrombocytes using an endodontic needle without a side cut. Then, after three minutes, Collapan-C gel is introduced into root canal with the help of channel filler. Then the canal is dried, obturated, and the treatment is completed by restoration of the crown part of the tooth.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of treatment and rehabilitation, reducing the probability of complications and providing stable remission.
