That is ensured by instrument and drug-induced treatment of root canals, while at the stage preceding the permanent dental stopping, the preparation 'Collapan-gel' mixed with basic bismuth nitrate in the ratio 1:0.02-0.05 is introduced in root canals and periodontium destruction centre; the material is compacted with an endodontic passive irrigation head of an ultrasonic apparatus for 5-7 seconds with vibration amplitude 6-10 mcm, then the mixture is introduced for the second time 1.5-2.0 mm less than the root canal length provided the material brought 0.5-1.0 mm behind the apex. The procedure is X-ray controlled.

EFFECT: method allows enhanced therapeutic effect and reduced treatment length, improved repair and restoration of bone tissue due to reliable elimination of pathogenic flora causing and maintaining the inflammatory process.
