FIELD: medicine, traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with over-stretching osseous fragments, making canals in soft tissues, reposition of osseous fragments and introducing an intramedullar rod into medullary canal. Moreover, overstretching should be carried out by a foot with an inti-support in inguinal area; one should make cutaneous incisions along anterior surface of the lower third of central and the upper third of peripheral fragments, form canals in soft tissues at introducing hooks up the support into external cortical walls of the fragments along anterior surface, then it is important to fulfill reposition by directing the hooks behind central and peripheral fragments. Due to sliding along cortical walls one should apply the vectors of opposite pulls of hooks by taking into account mutual shift of the fragments. Application of the present innovation enables to keep the integrity of femoral cortical layer.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
