FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production of aluminium electrolytic condensers. According to the invention working electrolyte for condenser contains wt %: lacton -40-80, amide -10-40, dicarboxylic acid or its ammonium salt - 3-16, tertiary aliphatic amine 2-12, boric acid 0.5-10, polyatomic alcohol - 0.12, aromatic nitro compound - 0-6, benzyl - 0-6, benzoic acid - 0-6 and de-ionised water - 0-6. The procedure for preparing working electrolyte consists in mixing solvents and in heating them to 40°C at constant mixing, in introducing the rest components except amine and in mixing to complete dissolving, in adding amine and in bringing the mixture at constant mixing to final temperature of electrolyte heating - 130±5°C. Further electrolyte is forced cooled to 30°C during approximately 15 minutes at rate of 4-7°C/min; the rate of a mixer is 50-80 rev/min.

EFFECT: producing electrolyte and condenser on its base with nominal voltage 100÷300 V and operating range of temperature from - 60 to + 105°C.
