FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to working electrolyte for aluminum electrolytic capacitor, method of its preparation and condenser with such electrolyte, and can be used for rated voltage of 100 V with range of operating temperatures from minus 60 to plus 125 °C. Proposed working electrolyte for condenser contains, in wt%: γ-butyrolactone – 50–80, N–methylpyrrolidone – 10–30, ethylene glycol – 1–10, succinic acid – 3–10, N-ethyldiisopropylamine – 3–10, nitroanisole – 0.5–7. Method of preparing working electrolyte includes loading of γ-butyrolactone into reactor at ambient temperature and mixing it at rate of 60 rpm, loading cosolvents, loading nitroanisole and stirring mixture until complete dissolution, heating mixture at least plus 30 °C and loading amine, stirring until complete dissolution, then heating mixture to temperature higher than that of amine loading, but lower than final preparation of electrolyte for not less than 10 °C, for better dissolution of acid, loading acid, stirring until complete dissolution, heating mixture to temperature equal to or greater than 125 °C and cooling mixture to ambient temperature with constant stirring.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is reduction of specific resistance of electrolyte, resistance of ESR capacitor, and also increase of stability of condenser operation in specified range of working temperatures.
