FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to production of aluminum oxide-electrolytic capacitors (hereinafter referred to as AOEC) for rated voltage of 6.3–40 V with operating temperature range from minus 60 to plus 125 °C; as well as to working electrolyte for aluminum oxide-electrolytic capacitor and to method of its preparation. According to the invention electrolyte contains the following components, in wt%: γ-butyrolactone 50–80, N-methylpyrrolidone 1–45, tetraethylammonium hydromaleate 4–20, nitroanisole 1–8. Method of preparing working electrolyte includes loading of γ-butyrolactone into reactor at ambient temperature; stirring solvent at agitator speed of 60 rpm; loading of N-methylpyrrolidone; heating the mixture for better dissolution of the tetraalkylammonium salt to temperature not lower than +30 °C, but not exceeding the final temperature of preparation of the electrolyte; loading tetraethylammonium hydromaleate; stirring salt until complete dissolution; loading nitroanisole while stirring; further heating of mixture to temperature equal to or higher than upper boundary of operating temperature of condenser (125 °C); cooling mixture to ambient temperature with constant stirring; transfer of the finished electrolyte into a storage container which prevents evaporation of the electrolyte.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is low values of resistance and tangent of dielectric loss angle of aluminum electrolytic capacitor in temperature range from minus 60 to +125 °C.
