FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: work electrolyte includes: lactone - 30-70 wt %, two amide-containing co-solvents - 10-40 wt % each, dicarboxylic acid or its ammonium salt - 3-16 wt %, boric acid - 0.5-10 wt %, polysaccharide - 0.1-5 wt %, tertiary aliphatic amine - 1-10 wt %; additionally electrolyte includes 0-7 wt % of ethylene glycol and/or 0-6 wt % of second polyatomic alcohol as additional co-solvents, 0-5 wt % of aromatic nitro compound and 0-3.5 wt % of deionised water. Method of work electrolyte obtainment involves initial mixing of solvents and heating the mix to 40°C, not higher, with continuous stirring, further addition of other components except for tertiary aliphatic amine, and component stirring till complete dissolution, followed by addition of amine and heating the mix to end temperature of 100±5°C with continuous stirring. Then electrolyte is forced to cool down to the temperature not exceeding 30°C approximately in 15 minutes. Temperature rise rate is 2-5°C per minute, and mixer rotation rate is 50-80 rpm.

EFFECT: obtainment of condenser operational at nominal voltage of 400-450 V in a wide temperature range from -60°C to 105°C.
