FIELD: power engineering, power transmission over long distances.

SUBSTANCE: delay line affording signal time shift of 2/3f is organized in A circuit on sending end of transmission line and delay line affording signal time shift of 1/3f, in B circuit on sending end of transmission line so as to provide for zero phase shift between voltages across A, B, and C phases of circuits at output of delay lines. Operation reverse to above-described one is made at receiving end of transmission line to recover original phase shift, that is, delay line affording signal time shift of 2/3f is organized at output of phase C line receiving end and delay line affording phase shift of 1/3f is organized at output of phase B line receiving end, where f is supply mains frequency. Delay line is organized by conveying electrical energy over single-phase cable with coaxial layer disposed in pipe made of magnetically soft material. Signal delay time is adjusted by varying magnetic permeability of pipe.

EFFECT: enhanced transmission line efficiency, reduced right of way.
