Method for manufacturing cereal cup involves producing strip of expanded cereals product by extrusion combined with cooking; spreading strip into sheet between rolls; cutting sheet into pieces and forming pieces into cone shape. Method for imparting specific attractiveness and texture to composition and physical properties to cup of cereals involves producing at least one strip of expanded cereals product by extrusion combined with cooking; spreading said strip into sheet between rolls; cutting said sheet into pieces and forming pieces into cone shape.
EFFECT: provision for imparting porous structure and improved texture to cup.
