FIELD: mechanical engineering; double-circuit vertical belt conveyors.
SUBSTANCE: proposed conveyor contains loading and unloading devices, two circuits of flexible rubberized-cloth belts endlessly closed on drive and tension drums and provided with flattened sections in lower part of conveyor in zone of loading, and troughing and flat idlers. Belt of first circuit is provided with fitted-on cross projections whose outer edges are described to arc of circumference. Projections are arranged for interaction along uprising run with surface of uprising vertical run of belt of second circuit. Other surface of belt of second circuit is arranged for engagement with vertical curvilinear guide arranged concentrically relative to edges of cross projections of uprising run of belt of first circuit. Flat idlers are arranged between uprising and downgoing runs of first circuit. Cross projections on downgoing run of first circuit are arranged at minimum clearance relative to vertical wall following form of cross projections. Flat downgoing run of belt of second circuit is arranged from outer side with minimum clearance relative to other vertical wall. Upper part of conveyor is provided with flattened sections of both circuits orientated to the same side as in zone of conveyor loading. Uprising runs are made diverging at acute angle relative to each other.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability and service life of equipment of belt conveyor handling loose materials in vertical.
