FIELD: mechanical engineering; vertical belt conveyors.

SUBSTANCE: can be used in crushing and sorting mills and concentrating factories. Proposed conveyor contains loading and unloading devices, two loops of flexible rubberized belts endlessly closed on drive and tension drums and provided with flattened out sections in lower part of conveyor in zone of loading, and idlers. Belt of first loop is provided with attached cross shelves whose outer edges are descried to arc of circumference and arranged for engagement of uprising run with surface of uprising vertical run of belt of second loop whose other surface is arranged for engagement with vertical curvilinear guide. Between uprising and downgoing runs of first loop straight idlers are arranged. Cross shelves on downgoing run of this loop are arranged with clearance relative to vertical wall and curvilinear section in form of trough adjoining the wall in lower part of loop whose free end in zone of tension drum is made straight-line and horizontal. Additional trough secured on carriage of tension drum with angle of contact exceeding 90° is arranged under horizontal section with overlapping from bottom and possibility of displacement.

EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability, increased service life of conveyor, eliminated spilling of transported load.
