SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the elements of the integrated circuits and allows to manufacture the planar molecular conductors by means of ordering of the molecules of the matrix under the action of the electric field of the certain configuration. The main idea of the invention: the method of formation of the planar molecular conductors in the polymeric matrix includes the feeding of the difference of the potentials between the electrodes inserted in the polymeric matrix. The electrodes are made planar and their geometry provides the electric field configuration in the gap satisfying the condition of the axial localization, at which the field intensity is maximum on the axis of the being formed channel and quickly falls down along the radius. The control third electrode is introduced in the composition of the formed structure. As the material of the polymeric matrix use any polymer, including - the polymer, which composition and the structure of the molecules provide the possibility to realize in them the electronic transportation. The technical result of the invention is the increased processability and expansion of the method possibilities due to overcoming of the necessity to have the mobile needle-type electrode.
