SENSITIVE ELEMENT OF BIOLOGICAL SENSOR Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC H01B1/24 B82B3/00

Abstract RU 2661884 C2

FIELD: nanotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sensing elements based on carbon nanotubes and can be used in technological operations of creating electrochemical sensors, photovoltaic devices on flexible substrates. Sensor element includes a grid of carbon nanotubes between planar metal electrodes, on which aptamers are immobilized, the physical converter-the sensitive layer-is the only nanotube providing the only way for the current to flow between the electrodes.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide covalent immobilization while maintaining sensitivity.
