FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in permanent way with reinforced concrete ties without limitation of mass and speed of trains, and in underground and streetcar lines. Proposed device for fastening rail to tie consists of baseplate, rubber gasket, hook bolt with nut and clamp. Device contains also retainer installed on hook bolt for adjustment in cross direction, body with longitudinal displacement stop secured by nut. Clamp is made in form of two plate spring clamps installed on rubber buffer fixing nut preventing self-loosening of body and placed inside body. Bent-off tabs of plate spring clamps get between buffer and stop of body, and they are placed by other ends on insulated angle plate installed on upper edge of rail foot. Device contains also lock of hook bolt nut and alighting grip installed on plate spring clamps.
EFFECT: improved reliability of railway bed, increased rigidity, improved manufacturability, reduced cost of servicing, enlarged range of application of ties in sharp curves of track less than 200 m.
