FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanization of track facilities and it can be used for assembling sections of track skeletons at production bases of track machine station. Proposed flow line for assembling sections of track skeletons has straight and return flows of carts-pallets arranged on non-intercoupled guides, length of each cart-pallet being equal to length of section of track skeleton. Transfer sets are arranged at ends of flows interclosing the flows. Mechanisms to provide longitudinal travel of carts-pallets and processing equipment are arranged along flows. Each cart-pallet is furnished with hinge posts with cradles to arranged rails of skeleton to be assembled. Processing equipment includes device for mounting intermediate rail fastenings type КБ and type ЖБР with rails arranged over ties.
EFFECT: provision of effective assembling of track skeletons.
