SUBSTANCE: moving device for attaching long joints by means of ZhBR-type fastenings during replacement of inventory rails consists of the cart moving along rails, on the frame of which nut setters are mounted in pairs above each rail. Spindles of each nut setter are connected to each other by means of cross-beam moved in vertical plane from power cylinder and interacting by means of compensating springs to the cross-bars connected to the heads of socket spanners. On the cross-beam there installed on the outer side of each spindle is additional power cylinder, and gripping mechanism with shaped gripping jaws to lift the spring clip of the attachment and pusher for pushing the above clip, which are connected to power cylinder. Pusher is made in the form of double-arm lever on the upper arm of which there is curved groove to arrange a slide which is connected to the stock of the above additional power cylinder in it.
