SUBSTANCE: device comprises base that can move over the surface of the rail, unit of electroacoustic converters with pressing mechanism for permitting rising and lowering, mechanism for clamping the head of the rail pivotally connected with the base, two additional units of electroacoustic converters with pressing mechanisms, and units of electroacoustic converters connected with the mechanism of clamping the head of the rail.
