SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting, freezing and grinding in grinder fresh savoy cabbage; blanching and grinding carrot in grinder; cutting, blanching and grinding potato, celery root, bulb onion and vegetable pepper in grinder; cutting and grinding mutton, beef and pork in grinder; grinding parsley greens in grinder; mixing above components with bone bouillon, melted butter, edible salt and CO2-extract of biomass of predetermined kind of micromycet; packaging resultant mixture in aluminum tubes; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of canned food.
