FIELD: processes for producing of fish-and-vegetable canned foods for cosmic alimentation.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cooking dried edible bolutus, separating from bouillon and grinding in grinder; shredding, freezing and grinding fresh cabbage in grinder; cutting, slightly frying bulb onion in melted butter and grinding in grinder; cutting mackerel icefish fillet, frying in melted butter and grinding in grinder; mixing above components with sour cream, mushroom bouillon, sugar, edible salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of predetermined kind of micromycet, black bitter pepper, Jamaica pepper and laurel leaf; packaging resultant mixture in aluminum tubes; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of canned food.
