FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out dynamic monitoring of renal calico-pelvic system cross-section size during 90 min on the background of forced diuresis stimulated by water load and sublingually taking diuretic preparation. Graphical renal calico-pelvic system cross-section size changes image is built by received data processing on PC. Pelvic cross-section size reaching maximum value at the 30-th min and growing not higher than 50% of initial size and returns to its initial value 45-60 min later, the values are thought to correspond to early stage chronic superior urinary tract disorders (I,II). If diuresis growth leads to pelvic cross-section size reduction retardation and reaches maximum in 60 min, and the renal pelvis size grows higher than 50% of initial size and starts reducing in 90 min of observation, but does not return to its initial value 45-60 min later, the values correspond to III A stage of chronic urodynamic disorders of superior urinary tract. If renal pelvis size grows higher than 50% of initial size within 90 min without showing tendency to its reduction, the plot corresponds to III B stage of chronic urodynamic disorders of superior urinary tract.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
