SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing ultrasonic widening phaconozzle into the anterior chamber and then setting it in position closer to vertical position and grooves are formed in proximal lens nucleus segment with respect to the main operation incision. Phacoemulsificator hyperpulse operation mode is applied.
EFFECT: high safety level in removing lens nucleus; reduced risk of postoperative complications.
