FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be applied for cataract ablation in patients with pseudoexfoliative syndrome. After finishing stage of ultrasonic phacoemulsification, through injector performed is implantation of intracapsular ring, which represents open ring, on free ends of which made are diametrically located and directed inside ring arcs with holes on their ends, and in the middle the ring has radial curvature with radius 0.8-2.0 mm, directed inside ring and located in ring plane. Before or after IOL implantation primary posterior capsulorhexis is carried out.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of secondary cataract.
