SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes determination of antibiotic sensitivity of aerobic organisms by using chemiluminescence. More particular luminosity of sample with clinical material is determined in volume of 0.5 ml and 2 ml of buffered solution with dissolved luminol. Method of present invention makes it possible to determine microorganism sensitivity to 12 antibacterial preparation for 1 hour.

EFFECT: accelerated method of increased accuracy.
