FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents method for anti-inflammatory activity determination of immunoglobulins intravenous (IGIV) preparations. To biological liquor sample, obtained from acute aseptic inflammation focus and including "acute-inflammation" polymorphonuclear phagocytes, immunoglobulins intravenous preparation is added in quantity of 50% of reaction medium volume, intensity of spontaneous luminol-dependent chemiluminescence is determined, and light sums difference of chemiluminescence responce, compared to check sample, is calculated. Decrease in chemiluminescence light sum in the presence of IGIV preparation by 50% and more indicates anti-inflammatory activity.
EFFECT: invention allows determine suppressing action level of IGIV preparations, aiding in treatment preparations selection for cases with negative manifestations of local and system inflammatory process.
